RE: Brief marriage of R. H. Peters
I am not directly related to Mr. Peters--I am related to his first wife Rebecca Ogle.

I have not researched my Peters very much either. I would question whether or not the marriage records you found are for a different R. H. Peters.

Robert's obituary states that he married Maude Bean in 1928. They were still married according to the 1930 Census. The Iowa 1925 Census states that Robert was a widower as of 1 Jan 1925.

It does still allow the possibility of him being re-married in 1925. I would expect that such a marriage would have occurred in or around Elgin, Fayette county, Iowa.

RE: Marvelous tracking
Thank you for your note of encouragement. I enjoy doing it.

I would be pleased if you would read my Bio and visit my parents' memorials by clicking on their links. [If you haven't already.]

I am sorry but that is out of guidelines for transfer. (5th GR grandfather). I can add a bio for you if you care to send one, and if you know who her parents are and where they are buried, I can link them. Her husband is already linked.

"From the FAQs"
Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren

RE: COYLE

Are you related to the line I documented? I'd like to contact Brenda and Mark II, grandchildren of Mark Albert Coyle. Mark was my first cousin on mother's side. I only met them at Mark's funeral.
