I have been interested in my family history since a child and collected bits of info along the way. I also am excited about dna as a new way to connect with the past. I'm a mtDNA J1b. |

Any connection with you? The research is never done and the story is still being told.
When I run across someone who has yet to be remembered and honored, I add them here. If I have added a member of your family, I will gladly turn the memorial over to you or update them with additional information. And I thank the many others who have added memorials of my family members.

Joe is my brother and if you would, I'd like to have you transfer his memorial to me.
I have photos I can add, etc. I live in Oklahoma and would like to see a photo of his stone. The one there is in shadow and I'm unable to read it.
Thankyou very much for making this memorial and will be glad for your transfer.
thankyou so much,

Thank you so much for all your help.
Hi Mary; I just sent you an edit for my cousins husband. She just passed & I noticed that you did not have all of his information. I'm not sure how to do this according to find a grave rules so I thought I would send you a note. My #48338520. Thank You.
|George Foy||RE: Forcht|
Just getting started on doing what you're doing, trying to leave behind some family history and photos for others.
So far I've found you have John W Forcht 1865-1951 and wife Margaret in North Cem. They are in South (Main St) Cem along with much of their family and in-laws and decedents.
BTW, John and his wife 'began' the Forcht's in Butler coming over from Germany.
Many of the Forcht family you have shown in Butler Pa North Cem are actually buried in the South Cem. I am Forcht descendent and have researched our family and documented most all of their sites.
BTW they are listed on the South Cem location
I don't know how to correct this mis-information.
