Davey-Gill Cemetery
I visited the small cemetery that you describe as the Davey-Gill Cemetery today. It is, as you stated, covered with leaves and other debris. The only partial stone I found is the one you posted as the first "Unknown Davey". Where did you get the data for the listings you have here? I am the Madison County, TN Archivist and have someone looking for the Davey family information. Are there no other photos of any other stones? There is so much overgrowth of grass, weeds, trees, etc. that it is difficult to see much. It rained a little this morning and so it was a little hard to see much. Please contact me at the Archives at taud@co.madison.tn.us or at tomaud@gmail.com. Thanks. Thomas Aud

RE: Susan Fannie Jones Pierce
Thank you for connecting Susan to her parents. Nathan & Rebecca were my husbands Grt-grandparents on his father's side. I do have alot of information on them if I can help in any way let me know.
Nathaniel's father was William Jones and his mother was Selah Grishaw. Rebecca was a Hick and she was born and raised in Henry County TN. I have been able to trace back her family to North Carolina. I hope I can help. Thanks again. Judie
