Bio

I am married and a mother of 4, a mother-in-law to 4 and a grandmother of 10. I love to read, garden (canning what I grow), quilting, crochet, knit, paint and just about anything that will keep me from doing dishes.

I just love finding family and learning their stories. I feel very much a part of this great nation as I trace my family back thru history. It gives me a sence of who I am and why I have all that I do. I love the puzzle of family history. As I put families together I feel like I know them, who they are and all that they did.
Thanks to all!

My Grandmother Effie was the first family historian. She attended family reunions, received letters, wrote letters and put all the information she collected in books. These books were left to my mother, when Effie died and when my mother passed away, my sister and I received them.

We decided that FAG was a great way to share this information and was a way to honor her. She married Fred Chamberlain and she was a Clark. We are putting 3 to 4 generations on FAG starting with Joseph Chamberlain and Benjamin Franklin Clark. These men crossed the USA and settled in the Oregon Territory. We honor them also.

Thanks to all who help us by transfering sites and taking photos. We couldn't do this without your help.
