I am glad to transfer memorials to anyone who has more information about the deceased than I do or is more directly related to the person than I. However, I would appreciate a request through the "Suggest a correction..." function on the memorial page. In it, write something like "Please transfer because {insert your reason here blah, blah - whatever you want to tell me.} That makes it so much easier for me because the system generates and sends an email to me with direct links to the memorial, making it SO much easier for me to handle your request.
