Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Princeton, IN. My paternal grandparents were John Lindsey & Emma Mae Slaughterbeck Elliott. My maternal grandparents were John & Sarah Elsfelder Hunt.

Would like to transfer all the memorials I have created, except my own kin. I am getting too old too soon. However, if you have updates please let me know & I will continue to enter them.

Just because the GEN webmaster adds a name to his list because A person has a pre-need stone does NOT mean he/she should be added to FAG. I already have my stone set.

Most of entries I made in 2010 were from old, books & other information compiled by dedicated genealogists at the Princeton Indiana Public Library.

The majority of the photos that I post are/were taken by Daniel Elliott & posted with his permission.

Patsy Alvis
Patsy Alvis (Find A Grave Memorial# 67104134) was a woman of color, not the daughter of Horace B Alvis. I have been using Indiana death certificates now available at Ancestry.com to improve my Alvis family files. There was a different Horace Alvis, or Horatio Alvis, from Kentucky, who was Patsy's father. In 1900 Patsy's census shows she was born Mar 1878, so her father could not be Horace B Alvis, born in 1879.
Would you please disconnect Patsy from the father she currently shows?

Sybil Lorette Maxam
Dear Janet, I just sent an edit to add the married name of Hathaway to Sybil Maxam. She married Embree Hathaway on July 9,1870. She died a short 5 years later. I think she was sent back to Warnock Cemetery to be buried near her parents. You also created a memorial#62383916 for an unknown Hathaway in Warnock Cemetery. It is the only memorial for a Hathaway in that cemetery. Do you think it was an infant or Sybil? Embree lived and was buried in Pike County, Indiana. Thanks for your attention to this edit and for all you do. Lily

Thank You
Dear Janet, Thanks for making this process so easy. I am right now adding info to the Esek Hopkins memorial. What are we doing up so late on Find-a-Grave? Best wishes on your genealogical searches and may your generosity come back to you. Lily

RE: Hopkins transfers
Dear Janet, Thank you so much for the transfers, it makes it so much easier to edit in new information. Thanks also for the research hints. I make a lot of use of the www.ingenweb.org for Daviess County. I am sure the Gibson County site will be helpful as well. It is my goal to have good birth, death, family links and a nice flower for all the memorials I maintain. After that I will pass them on if someone is a closer relative. In that regard would you transfer the infant memorials for Esek and Mary: Minnie A Hopkins memorial#60841041 and Infant son #60841001 ?
Thanks again for all you do. Lily

Transfers and their care
Dear Janet, I am working on the original progenitors of the Hopkins family and their descendants. I just sent some edits to link memorials in Columbia Church Cemetery with the older family in Veale Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Daviess County, Indiana and hopefully further back. I am a meticulous researcher and always check my facts. Although I am not very closely related I was wondering if you might transfer to me Esek Hopkins memorial#60840793 his wife Mary C.(Kendle) Hopkins mem#60841009 their daughter Fannie (Hopkins) Key #61427850 and her husband Alta M. Key memorial#61427820
I would take care of them and make sure their facts are correct. Thanks for the consideration.
I can send these request via SAC edit if that would be helpful. Thanks for all you have done on Find A Grave. Lily
