Will do obit look-ups locally, just ask. Also my photos are public domain, and I am always willing to transfer unless related to me!
Also a big thank you to anyone who has fulfilled my photo requests, I do not always get a chance to personally leave you a message, but your work on the site is much appreciated!

|A Jones Girl||RE: Notes on memorials|
You are right - that was an edit that I received. I looked up her death certificate and it gives her father as John Franklin. I made the changes to her memorial. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Deb
|Lance W||Donna Jean Daley Lund & George Daley|
I received your edit request to change Donna's father from George Daley to unknown. I was wondering if you had some evidence I did not.
I'm showing the Iowa Census in 1925 with George(20), his wife Catherine,(19) and daughter Jean (1), which was her middle name.

Hi AJ. I am uploading all of the stone photos for Petersville and I submitted some date edits on John Burnett based on his stone. He is buried next to Joseph Burnett. Please make sure I have the right John Burnett. I only found one, but just wanted to touch base.

Thanks AJ for taking the time to capture the pictures of my Farley relative's memorials!

Thank you so very much for the pictures of them!! Winnie was my great-grandmother's sister and the only one of those kids I didn't have a picture of. Thank you so very very much for taking the time to run out there for me.
|Peter Hakze||Grietje Tempel, headstone|
The headstone says:
Vanderhock (has to be: VanderHoek > van der Hoek = of the Corner, her maiden surname)
Geb. (= geboren = born) te (at) Baflo, Gron. (= Groningen, a Dutch northeastern province)
gest. (= gestorven = died)
1 Aug 1899
oud (= old)
62 j (= jaar = years) 7 m (= maanden = months) 14 d. (= dagen = days).
Where did you get her birthday Dec 14, 1825 from?! It's totally wrong; Grietje van der Hoek was born on 12 December 1836 in the country village of Baflo, in the northwestern part of the Dutch northeastern province Groningen, daughter of day laborer Doeke Jakobs van der Hoek and Elizabet Kornelis Houtman.
She married to Luitje (Louis) Tempel (Temple). Isn't he buried next to her?? That would be great.
If you want to, you might transfer Grietje to me.
Gr. from the Netherlands. Peter, firstname.lastname@example.org
