Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm very interested in family history and I love cemeteries. Most of my ancestors have been in this country for more than 200 years. The lines I'm actively researching moved from New York to Michigan and from somewhere (Virginia, we think) to northern Kentucky/southern Indiana/southern Ohio. I ended up in Minnesota, spending more than 30 years in St. Paul before moving up to Duluth on the beautiful north shore of Lake Superior. I recently retired & have moved to southern Michigan where I look forward to doing more in-person family history research.

RE: Changes Made to Memorial
Hi Martha,

Thanks for linking the infant son to the parents. I am not related the family, just trying to get all the family members linked in the memorials I created. When I learned that there was one more child, I thought it would be nice to have him connected as well.

RE: Photo Request-Chauncey Lee Young
I looked at the photo and yes, it is my Chauncey. He never used his given name, always went by Lee C. Wish I could use the photo; however, since it is from another website I will have to wait for it to be claimed. Thanks, Red

McKinley
Nope, it won't let me copy the photos. A message pops up that says they absolutely cannot be copied without prior written permission. Thanks anyway. Diane

McKinley grave photos
Thank you for the message about the McKinley photos in Dygert Cemetery, Angola, IN, but I can't use them. The site will not allow use without written permission, and I can't even enlarge the photos in order to read the inscriptions. I still have hope that a Findagrave volunteer will fulfill my request and add their photos to this site. Thanks again for your help. Regards, Diane

Betsey Mascho / Mascon Family Tree
Hi Aunt Hoot,

I saw that you have a virtual cemetery with the name Mascho in it. Are you related to some Maschos?

There are some in my wife's family. Betsey Mascho married John B. Sweet; they are my wife's 2nd Great Grandparents and are buried in Hillside Cemetery, Delta Twp, Eaton County, MI.

Somewhere I saw that Betsey's parents were Alexander Mascon, born in PA, and Sally Space, also born in PA.

Are you related to them, and do you know any more information than that?

My email address is alanwismer@hotmail.com or if you'd like to contact me through Find A Grave, I'd appreciate hearing back from you.

Thank you,
Alan Wismer

RE: Fremont Cemetery-McCleery
Thanks for trying.... and Harry and Ethel are part of my tree also. And I didn't know about William Clair until your photo.

Thanks so much!
