Bio and Links
Bio Photo We try to photograph entire cemeteries. Often when on vacation we will photograph, therefore you may see our photos have been taken in many different areas of the the country.

Only personal photos and grave photos should be posted in the photo section, all others will be removed. This includes death cert, obits, and any other scanned documents.

No info from census, others trees, cause of death, or negative reports about their life and circumstances which are disrespectful. Bios should reflect the positive aspects of life. It is a memorial after all

Under no circumstances do we link to burial unknown, link to duplicates, or allow our photos to be added to duplicates. Any use of our photos on other memorials on Find A Grave will be reported to administration.

Transfers are generally per Find A Grave guidelines. There are always exceptions within reason. No mass transfers.

Please use the edit function on the memorials, for links, dates etc. Edits/requests on the message board will be ignored.

We may ask for documentation, don't take it personally, but with so many sending edits we try to stay as accurate as possible.

I borrowed this from another member, and I could not have stated it better. " The first memorial created in the correct cemetery (NOT as a burial unknown memorial) is the permanent memorial. Date of creation is not considered when comparing a memorial created correctly, in a verified cemetery, and one created as "burial unknown.

**When notified FAG will always remove/merge a burial unknown moved into a cemetery where a grave has been verified. "

I love a clean edit box, I can't help my self. It is the one and only tidy part of life, my edits on F.A.G.:)

Then and Now Genealogical Library
Hilda Mary Conrad
Hi Scout, One of our members is documenting burials for Wayland Township using their records. Apparently Hilda Mary Conrad is not actually buried in Elmwood Cemetery. There has never been a burial permit issued for her. Our member did some research and found that she had married a Michael J. Roche and moved to Seattle Washington. There is no memorial posted there; but it is definite that she is not buried in Elmwood. Since we can't verify where she is buried, I guess all we can do is delete this memorial.

RE: Loretta
Sorry, I did not know about the appropriate protocol. I will ahear to it in the future. I don't know if you have a family connection t0 Lorretta. My cousin birth certificate show he was her fifth child.

Sincerely,
Donald Lee Morton

RE: Loretta Wright
I am sure you are probable correct as to the order of her marriages. I am only dealing with the Morton genealogy and nothing else.

Sincerly,

Joan 'June' Castle
Just wanted to thank you for letting me know where "June" is buried. I have changed the location from unknown to St.s Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery.

Thank you so much!
Happy New Year!

Shanghai Cemetery/Memorial
I see the problem you mentioned since there are 2 cemeteries. I have added several memorials in Shanghai Cemetery - not the Memorial - when I was visiting. I don't live in the area and can't check to see if I made a mistake. If you find that any of mine are in the wrong cemetery, would you let me know and I will put them in the right one, rather than make another memorial?
Thanks for all you do for Find a Grave.
Jean

Are you sure mine is a duplicate? Different name, different date, different year. I got my info from cemetery records. Glad to delete mine if you are sure.
