RE: Donald Lewis (71022705)
Dear 2 Spiritwalkers; Bless you for doing this work!
I was in error when I asked you to change Don's birthday. Sorry... don't know where my mind wonders to at times. The following is Don's family ties if you care to publish it.

Donald Dean Lewis was the youngest born to Lloyd Ellsworth and Minnie Evelyn (Baxter) Lewis on 29 Sept 1928 at Sacramento, California. The family moved to Sacramento from South Dakota between 1920 and 1923.

Don entered the US Air Force shortly after his seventeenth birthday, making the military his career while obtaining the rank of Staff Sargent in the Military Police and was stationed at several Strategic Air Command (SAC) bases. He went from a Texas SAC base to Larson AFB in Washington around 1964. When that base was closed in 1966 he was sent to Glasgow AFB in Montana until it was closed around 1968. From Montana he was transferred to Offutt AFB where he died.

Don was living off base in Nebraska and died of severe trauma from an automobile accident while on his way home from his duty for the day at Offutt Air Force Base near Omaha, Nebraska.
Don was preceded in death by both parents and a brother, George E Lewis.

Don was survived by three sisters Dorothy (Earl) Thomas; Ruth M Lewis; Eleanor G (Johnnie) Driskell and a brother Robert (Dorothy) Lewis.

Don was married at least three times with one of his wives being this submitter. We were divorced in 1968 but I think he had remarried before his death. Previous to 1964 he had an ex-wife in Texas.
