My name is Julrene (Olson) Thornberg. I got interested in Genealogy in 2000 when my family bought me a genealogy family kit and gave me an old computer, which I had never used ever.
Threw the years my mother had given me family obits which I threw in a shoe box, wondering what I was going to do with them?
In 2000 I was contacted by a distant relatives in Minnesota who wanted my information. That got me looking at all the old obits and off I went! Couldn't stop looking for the old folks that went before.
I spent 6 weeks in 2005 in my travel trailer in Minnesota looking for relatives in cemetery's,at the historical museum for anything like birth, baptismal & death records. Calling on the phone asking people if they might be related to me and could I have their family information.
I found many family relatives that I have met and am still contacted with. Going from state to state to meet them and take pictures of their homes and them to add to my family records.

Then I got hooked on Find A Grave and added all my pictures of stones I took threw the years. I am still looking and adding information I can to help out many other familys.
