For four decades, I had great fun doing research in courthouses, libraries and snake-filled cemeteries. You know, old-school genealogy.

I joined Find A Grave in 2010 and met some wonderful people. We shared info and photos, and helped each other build accurate and attractive memorials. To them, I say thank you... and goodbye.

I'm stepping away now, in 2023, to do some distant and lengthy travelling, in search of a place where "the net" is something made of aluminum and nylon, and "streaming" is something one does in waders.
