|openmemories||Esther Elizabeth Duncan|
I have added Esther's middle name to my memorial (59185203) as requested. Marianna also linked Esther to parents so it looks like we are good to remove the duplicate. Have a great week!
Best Regards, Nick
Many thanks for the transfer!

I figured it would be beneficial for those searching for individuals in that cemetery so I asked all the managers of the remaining individuals buried without located headstones to mention this on their page. When I indicate no visible grave marker, I always add that it could be weathered/difficult to read or buried under dirt in case they want to search for themselves. The grass is well kept in this cemetery so if a stone is protruding from the ground, you would be able to see it. I have taken pics of metal markers and foot stones (with initials) especially when there is no stone.
I have been to this cemetery several times and walked it over completely trying to find my Mary (Payne) Rouse and her son Samuel. I used the foil method to find her headstone this go around (and I am so happy that I finally did). For the other hard to reads, I used the same method or a little flour and identified every one of them except for a few grave markers that are just rocks which a few are scattered throughout the cemetery. There were two fragmented stones with dates and the names are broken off/missing. I have these dates if you would like them. Maybe we can piece together who the stones actually belong to. There is a stone by the big tree that has the initials R.D. or R.E. It could even be R.T. (which could possibly be Robert Toller who married my Nancy Rouse). Back by the same tree, there is a family of Riley's with a few scattered rocks used for grave markers. One has the name "Lee" on it but the others are bare. By the foundation of the church (near the Bailey headstone), I found a partially buried headstone. I dug it out and snapped a photo of it (Sarah Meadows). I am sure there are others that have been buried under the earth after falling. As far as Hazel and Mary, I didn't see any sign of a grave marker for them. I could kick myself because I forgot to snap a photo of backside of the Bailey headstone with his wife and the Thacker headstones-Mom/Dad and son William. I started to take photos of these but was delayed by a hard to read and left shortly thereafter. Now 700 miles prevents me from taking those pictures....until next time although, I did post a request. If you would like those dates, send me an email and I will send you the pictures of the two fragments. firstname.lastname@example.org. Sorry, I tend to write a lot. Thanks for your reply, Jamie Fink
