I have been doing genealogy research on my family for about 25 years. I enjoy putting the pieces together and the hunt. My research includes McKinney, Kranjic/Crainick, Ritchie, Self, Zingrich, Clark, Fox, Casebeer and all the numerous names that link them together. I try, when possible, to get out and take photos of others. I love that we help each other. Thank you to all of the find a grave contributors out there.|

I too am a ancestor of the McKinney's of New Jersey and Kentucky and I was wondering if you might know how or where I can get a copy of the sketch or written account of the McKinney battles with the native Americans in Lincoln co. Kentucky? It's mentioned in Gerald McKinney Petty's book about the McKinney family.

Could you tell me who Rufus Daulton's parents are? I suspect he may be the son of Ezariah Braddy and Catherine Lewis.. but I'm not sure yet. There were two Ezariah Braddys in Madison Co, MO . Mine is the other Ezariah. I have always felt that they could have been uncle and nephew perhaps,but have, so far, not found any evidence of that. In some records that I have, I found a Daulton R. Braddy but the only marriage I have for him is to Annie E. Allison abt 1909. This Daulton was B: 1890 in MO AND Annie was B: 1891. They had a daughter, Nina Imo Braddy, B: 16 Oct. 1909 Carter Co., MO and D: 21 aUG 1910 Ellington, Reynolds Co., MO . I hope that this info might be of help to you. I sure wish I could be of more help.
Please let me know if I can be of help.

There were, in fact, two Clara Bell Braddys. They lived in close prozimity. One in Fredericktown MO and one in St Francois. The one in St Francois had a different spelling for Bell.. Hers was Belle. The one in Fredericktown was spelled Bell. And she was the one married to Jack Shay. Are you related to Clara Bell Braddy or Jack Shay? I am their granddaughter !

Good Morning Susan,
I didn't know how to contact Lee Richards direct, so I googled on his name and 'Find A Grave' member number. Lo and Behold, I found his 'Find A Grave' member page. Now, you can contact Lee direct about Glenn McKinney. Hopefully, he can shed some light.
|Mike Cronk||RE: Beatrice Schloss|
Good Morning Suz,
On the 'Find A Grave' memorial for Beatrice P. (Schloss) McKinney, all information was contributed by 'Find A Grave' member, LEE RICHARDS, #48546609. I personally don't know anything about Beatrice or Glenn McKinney. Sorry I couldn't be of assistance.
|Jo A. McGinnis||Fixed|
I hope it is fixed. Another contributor added another memorial without checking to see if there was a memorial. I contacted her to delete her memorial. This is the general Find a Grave policy to delete the newest memorial.
I am not sure she will delete it.

I am going to look into this. Next time, PLEASE send me a note with the memorial number so that I can find the memorial quicker and this insures that I correct the memorial in question.

Thanks for writing. Unfortunately, I can find nothing concerning death dates or burial locations for Frank and Lucretia. Frank is listed in the 1880, both in the 1910 and 1920 censuses, and I also found their marriage certificate, all of which I'm guessing you already have, but I'm including links below, just in case.
The following MAY be their son, Jerrold:
Find A Grave Memorial# 72196499. I also found a few other items, but not anything that contains any proof of relationships or burial locations.
Please let me know if you have additional questions or I can help in any way.
