Transcription Note
Steve - I just added a photo to your memorial page for Harold Helliwell. I thought it was interesting that his marker listed his military service as World War rather than WWI. I suppose that at the time of his death (1927), what we now call World War I may have been called the World War since WWII was still 10 years in the future.

RE: Ora Reed
Agreed. I only thought to include the burial date as a date after which he did not die.

Hill Family
This plot [ln a hill] has space for 8 graves. There are only 2 headstines in front of the monument but four behind it. Peter is not one of those with an individual with a headstone. I have 6 photos of the headstones that are there. Please let me know if you would like those posted on this page as well.

George H. Hyde, Vena B. Hyde, and daughter Vera Hyde
For years now, I have been wondering where my Uncle George Hara Hyde and his wife Vena were buried! You found them including one of their dear daughters who died young after surgery on the ears. The other daughter died of the same procedure. I am so very appreciative, Steve Carlson. Thank you so much. I may have a bio on George. His father was a doctor in Brookings, South Dakota. George was a teacher and principal of schools in both South Dakota and Minnesota. Anyways - can you tell that I'm excited. Thank you so much!

Re Christopher Hyzer..
My mistake, he is my great grandfather not my Great great, he was married to Dora not her father!

Christopher Columbus Hyzer
This is my Great Great Grandfather, his daughter Dora was my great Grandmother. I was able to meet her in Pontiac Michigan in the 80's, this side of the family is so interesting! Thank you for posting this!
