I just noticed that one of the children of Laura Morrison has the same last name as you do. Are you related to Laura? Laura's father Samuel Ward Wade is the father of my husband's Great Grandmother Mary Ann Wade Bentley and I am trying to locate more information on this family. Hope you can help. Thanks Betty

McCleary Cemetery
I see that you have added many McClearys. Are you related? My great-uncle Ben Voss is buried in the McCleary Cemetery. We just returned from visiting his grave. Now I am curious as to the origin of the cemetery and to how he came to be buried there. Perhaps he worked for the McClearys? Ben died in 1955. Thanks, Karen

RE: Henry Ferguson

I hate it when I make mistakes!I have sent the parents information to all the Contributors of the children listed on Henry Ferguson and Sarah Armstrong.
I am sorry but I will get Solomon Armstrong 's changed tomorrow. Nancy

Ferguson
The * Is a cut and past accident. It is used when a Person has had his name traced and the line is followed correct. Again I will take care of this stuff. I have not done that many fortunately. I recently had hand surgery and thought cut and paste would work;) Nancy

RE: Henry Ferguson
Man , I really am green at the procedure on this site. Its like all backwards to me and someone told me that it did not matter who put the numbers in they automatically file through the system till the system finds that number and then they connect. I will contact the children with the parents information. As to the other name I can't even find a copy of what I sent you. I just took the information from my Ancestry com Tree and cut and pasted it to the Message you received. I have huge trees (15) on Anc. Com. So if I am going to try to connect things I better get it together! I'll start . Nancy

RE: Thank you
See it this other person will transfer other Hovland memorials to you, then you can correct the spellings, but he has to delete Hans memorial he had entered.

Asa Blair, 54912478
It seems we have a duplication of Asa Blair's grave entry. Asa is my wife's direct ancestor and a direct link to the Revolutionary War. His line is detailed in a book on the Blairs written by my wife's grandfather, of which is available in Binghamton, NY libraries. This kind of information, I feel, is very important. Acknowledging one's relationship and providing detailed information about their lives, accomplishments and relations give meaning to the grave and honors their remains. My wife inherited the original daguerreotype of the photo you are using and she also has a daguerreotype of his son Eli. Can you tell me where you acquired your photograph? It's fun to see how and where information is distributed. And, thank you for all your work, you've been very busy.

Foster Family
Are you the same W. Dawson who published "The history and ancestry of Rev. John Foster"?
I've had the opportunity to look thru the book in the research department of the New York Public Library. I did some research on my mothers line of Fosters in Ohio. I have transcribed my GG grandfathers "DB Foster" daily journal from 1901 - 03. I'm willing to share that with anyone else interested in the Fosters, and would love to get a copy of your book if available.
thanks

RE: Foster Cemeteries
Hi Wayne: Sorry so late for a reply to you. Was without power 4 days and trying to clean up trees in the yard, clean out freezers and fridge. I am sorry if you misunderstood - I am not Foster related or researching Foster's for anyone else. I was cruising thru cemeteries and happened to notice all the dupes. I agree with you, yours are the ones that need to be kept. Maybe if you contact the cemetery administrators on the forum, they will help you get things straightened out. I'm sure they will favor your memorials over anyone else's. If you still want to contact me... dianne_m43701@yahoo.com Good Luck! Dianne
