|I have been doing my families genealogy for over 18 years and came upon this site a few years back. It has been a great help in my searches for connecting to my past history. I really enjoy helping others in finding their past history and I hope the pictures and memorials I add help others in their searches.|
If possible "Please" help out your photo volunteers by obtaining the plot information from the cemetery and adding it to your request. Also if you remark that you are requesting both spouses, please submit a seperate request for each spouse. Remember you are asking the volunteers to help you on their own time. Making it easier on them means they spend less time trying to gather/research the data in trying to find the grave locations, which in turn means they can get to the cemetery to fullfill your requests that much quicker.
As many of us are related to the same surnames, please only request direct line ancestors for transfers as are in the Find A Grave Guidelines. This means: Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be YOUR siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I will gladly add any information provided via the suggestion tool. Sorry folks, but family always comes first.
Oh and 1 more small thing.
ONLY post photos for which YOU hold the copyright (meaning photos you took)!!!
The copyright of all photos posted to Find A Grave remains with the original submitter. No use of photos for any other website or personal use is given without prior consent of the original submitter.

You don't know what this means to me and my family. We lost touch we our uncle and by chance wanted to see if he might have been buried at Riverside National Cemetery.
Thank you for the photo, it is being added to our Ancestry tree because of your untiring desire to link family members.

Thank you, CRob, for the beautiful headstone photographs of Cpl. Lonnie F. and Bertha K. Blankenship. The photographs you added to their memorial pages are absolutely stunning and I deeply appreciate the time and energy you spent in taking these photographs and posting them to their page. I would also like to thank you for responding so quickly to my photo requests and for all you do on behalf of family members like mine. Thank you and Bless you,

Same thank you for taking and posting the photos of George's headstone, along with his wife Carol. Again, excellent photos and nice work. Would you also then be willing to grant me permission to post the photo of George's and Carol's headstone, with proper photo credit, on their respective pages in my Sedona Veterans Family Tree on Ancestry.com? Respectfully,
