Bio

I have been gathering papers about my family history since I was a child. About 1998 I began to plot and track my history with the advent of new information online. I formally began a tree, Naumann2007, at Ancestry.com, and found Find-A-Grave to be a go-to source when searching for family members far and wide. Since that time, my Ancestry tree has grown to over 30,000 records filled with lots of stories about family members living and passed on from Washington DC radiating outward to Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and beyond…

In the past few years, I have become aware that, while my family ancestors were documented in Ancestry.com, Find-A-Grave did not always have those records linked together. My new key project is to work to reconnect my ancestor families in Find-A-Grave, ensuring that one search to one family member will now bring new visitors to a much more comprehensive family history...

Being a 7th generation Washingtonian has made this family journey one I could never have imagined, and one I now treasure and share with many who visit my tree. Now, anyone visiting my Find-A-Grave records are welcome to contact me for additional information about specific family members they are seeking.
