|Bill Schraeder||RE: Daniel & Ethel McGee|
Glad I could help. Bill
I find myself the manager of Franklyn Pearce's memorial. As you appear to know of him or be related to him, would you like me to transfer his memorial to you? I always prefer memorials to be in the possession of family.

We are sorry but it is not possible to photograph his grave because his body was donated to science and they do not know where his ashes are. This message came from Carolyn Sebastian who stated this to me in a message and on his memorial page. Ruth Smith

I was searching for the Holden Missouri cemetery requests and found 2 for the Clapper family and have a question for you....would these same Clapper requests be somehow related to a John Clapper?
The reason I ask is, I belong to the Holden Presbyterian Church and on some of the stained glass windows, previous members (actually, the original members who built the church back in 1800) scratched their names on the stained glass windows. I have 2 photos of John Clapper's signature.
Please let me know if you would be interested in them & I will be glad to upload them to you.

Hi! I walked the cemetery today, and did not have much luck. I did find an Ethel Green, who I believe to be your memorial # 134577427. The dates on the stone are September 10, 1893 and September 11,1954 (I believe the death date to be in error, the death record states September 12.) She shares a stone with Samuel (her husband) and Willie (her brother-in-law.) If this is the Ethel you are looking forward, let me know and I will update with photo. Judy
|Ruth Smith||Herman Lohmeier Cape County Mem.|
Hello: Do you know which section Herman Lohmeier might be buried in at Cape County memorial Cemetery? I recently decided to try to take pictures to fill requests at this cemetery and went over to the Archives in Jackson to find where they are buried. He was not listed in the records. I see his wife is at New Lorimier and I am working on that cemetery also. There are 16 sections at Cape County Memorial and over 7,900 burials so it is difficult to locate a grave without help. The lady in the office out there has told me twice she cannot look them up unless I am a relative. So if you are related and would call her, 334-1909, I would appreciate your help. You can send me a message if you find any new info. Thanks. Ruth
Thank you for catching the birth year error on Stephen Stimpson. Somehow I reversed the last two digits. I am unsure how and where I picked up his information. Please forward me a copy of any document confirming the date for my records.
Also,do you by chance have any information on Solomon Stimpson 1793-1853? After the death of his wife Laura, I followed him to Athens Georgia, where I lost track of him. I found several records of his appearance on the tax rolls there, but nothing further. I am most anxious to learn anything I can concerning his disappearance at that point in time.
Thanks again for the help.
