Pictured: Cathy, hubby, & kids (now grown), pose for their 1st family photo, in Summer 2001. The adoption became finalized in early 2002.
Bio: The Sparks family lives on the East side of Nashville, in a 70+ y/o Tudor Revival cottage. Hubs is a freelance writer, columnist, actor, & doctoral student, aside from his day job. Our oldest son, who has special needs, is a talented artist, who also enjoys mainstream & special needs fellowships, camp, sports, music, is gearing up for appropriate independence, as a young adult. To that end, he'll be heading to a post-secondary school w/ dorms, after he vacates his tiny apartment at home. (All aboard the EMPTY NEST EXPRESS---woo-hoo!) Our daughter attends college in the Midwest, & spent much of her Freshman year in Siberia, earning a 3.7 gpa! The youngest lives in another Southern state, enjoying blue collar work, gaming, & community college. I (Cathy) enjoy genealogy, graphic design, travel, & entertaining. I'm currently studying to become certified in counseling & life coaching. We attend a diverse church, loosely affiliated w/ the So. Baptist denomination, which also offers community-based Bible study groups & Sunday worship.

In a couple of instances, the surnamed family is related by marriage, & is very closely allied with the family. Our children are adopted, & their line is noted as Af. Am.. We consider their family tree, of which little is, thus far, known, to be grafted onto ours. I am happy to collaborate, or to share any family history information I find.
Since the memorial I created was the 1st one of the two, it should actually be the only one remaining, and yours should have been deleted. OR it's possible that Find A Grave admin might have been willing to combine the two, but that could take some time to accomplish.
so, in the interest of taking care of the problem as quickly as possible and with the least amount of effort on anyone's part, I've deleted the memorial I'd created.
RE: John Anderson Wright I took several photos in Rest Haven including one at the entrance to the cemetery, but do not have any records of taking a photo of John Anderson Wright. I do not believe that we are related as my Wright ancestors lived in Shelby County,IN starting around 1850 and origninated from England before that time.
RE: John Anderson Wright I have taken over 6000 photos in different states as well as those in Indiana. I have taken those with the Wright surname several times when I am not related (at least I do not know of any connections). Where did I take John Anderson Wright's photo?
