I live in Austin, TX but moved here as a baby so I have no relatives buried in the Central Texas area (except for a few GAULTs). This is why FindAGrave is such a goldmine for me. I love genealogy and I've loved cemeteries even longer.|
I've added some in-laws' memorials and I'm more than happy to transfer to relatives. Just send me a request thru the "edit" tab with a short explanation. My Virtual Cemeteries are blood relatives only.

Lillian has a stone but Forrest does not. Sorry.
|James Petersen||RE: Thanks for the photos|
The graves are on the east most row of State Line, just south of the center drive.
Did you remove the request for a photo for Belva Childress, & if so, why? I had claimed it. Please advise. Thanks.

You're welcome. I just added the picture of Flay & Donald Wood's stone to Donald's Memorial as you asked. Glad to help!

I was at the site yesterday and there is not even a road or gateway left. Sorry.
|Carroll Welch||Edessa Welch Griffin|
I would like to transfer this to my name so that I can add more of Edessa's family members and possibly find John Griffin.
|Jesse R. Mitchell||New Gilbert Cemetery - TN|
You are welcome. I don't have any connection to New Gilbert Cemetery in Giles County. I just run across the obits and though I would pass them along. Not related to anyone in that cemetery that I know of.
|TNB||RE: Thomas William JEFFRYES|
I found his grave under the name of Thomas W. Jeffreys (note surname spelling). I did not ask the memorial creator where she got the info from but I believe it's genuine because she added the burial plot location to the webpage. I requested a photo thru findagrave so hopefully someone close enough to the site will take the opportunity to photograph the grave whether or not a stone exists.
Funny that you should have the surname Brown as well. My name is Thomas N. Brown but my Browns came from Scioto County, Ohio where they lived in 1834. Can't find them any earlier than that date. Nevertheless, I'm glad that we descend from Thomas Jeffryes of Gosport, England. Have you done much English research? There are several Thomas Jeffryes that were married to Mary Ann in London and it's hard to tell which children were born to Thomas Jeffryes and Mary Ann O'Keefe. I can find Thomas W's christening record but nothing on my Frederick Voltare. Makes me wonder if they left the Church of England sometime in the 1820's.
I sensed that Thomas W. was divorced but could never find the legal documents. Would be interested in seeing them if they do exist.
