Jewish Translations
Can you read Hebrew? If so (and you are really, really bored....) take a look at those memorials at Ahavath Achim that have no names:
Can you make out any names or dates, please send me an edit? Thank You

RE: Edit Question
If Millstein was her maiden name, then I will put that in and keep Wayne as her middle name - as on her headstone - and until we know differently.

Thanks for clarification - will update that now.
Enjoy your afternoon!

Edit Question
Hello, you sent me an edit for the maiden name of Frances Shatanoff - suggesting Millstein Wayne.

Please explain - Wayne as maiden name or Millstein ?
Is one of the names a middle name?
Thank you.

RE: Steinberg (one more thing)
I am glad you check edit requests, and don;t just accept them "as is" without checking, like some many others do or expect you to do. I'll make a note on Celia's memorial that she was his second wife.
Thank You

RE: Steinberg
Hi Norma, thanks for your great communication. I ended up deleting my memorial, because if you had deleted yours or we merged there is a chance of losing the flower that someone took the time in placing on your memorial. I send you an edit request to link wife Celia to the son Louis Bernard. Thanks again.

RE: Steinberg
It's easy to mix up those names that are a "a dime a dozen". Not easy to keep all those steinbergs, Cohens, Friedbergs, Schwartzs, etc straight. And everyone has an Anna, Samuel and Joseph in their family, too.
On a different thought, I can add all the information from your memorial to mine, and then transfer it back to you, would go faster than merging.

RE: Steinberg
thanks for the quick reply. I don;t know who Waldheim would be, who you will call.
We are not held to do a site wide search when submitting a memorial, so when another one is found placed in the wrong cemetery, the first one placed in the correct cemetery is considered the original, all others are duplicates. Please refer to the site's rules in that matter. The contributor "clevelandpole" had taken many photos in those two cemeteries, not realizing that they were two separate ones. Just an FYI.
I have physically walked all four Jewish cemeteries at the southern end of Jamesville Avenue and taken photos of all readable markers:
We can have the two pages merged, if you would prefer, but I do not delete a correctly placed memorial.
Thank You
