I was born and raised in Lancaster County and lived most of my life in Ephrata and now reside in Manheim. I often joke that my family came mostly from Germany to Philadelpha and then on into Lancaster County and never went anywhere for generations. I have been working on my entire family but the main focus being Kulp, Martzall, Root, Sweigart, and Royer. Both the Martzall and Root families link to the Royers. I have been amazed at the amount of information I have been able to find in the last year and a half. Find-a-grave as been very helpful helping me find several relatives.
