|I live in Slidell, Louisiana and has been interested in searching for family and going to cemeteries to take pictures of headstones. I find it amazing at some of the old headstones. I am working on my husband's family tree and has been fun while it still continues. We have a family cemetery in Pearl River called Porter Cemetery. If anyone has family members buried in Pearl River & Slidell, St. Tammany Parish or Pearl River & Hancock Counties area and would like pictures of headstones please feel free to contact me.|
My husband family members that I am searching are: McKean, Porter, Auderer, Winzor and many more...

Re your question: "I am confused about this memorial. Would it be easier if I transfer the memorial to you?" - - - Yes, please - I would appreciate it. It's been difficult to keep her info. straight & I think it is finally correct. I appreciate this.

Hi. I'm requesting a correction on the Memorial for my great-aunt Tressie, # 111834101. The spouse listed for her is actually for her brother-in-law Percy - but should read "Perley Benton Breeland", # 148127761. The family info / parents listed on the memorial for her daughter has it correct. I have gone the "Edit" route for this request but it has yet to be acknowledged. I thank you very much for doing this. Nancy Blake Thompson

I was wondering if you could take a photo of John Casey's headstone at Hickory Cemetery in St. Tammany's Parish?
I greatly appreciate it.

I got the following message from someone who found your record for Archie Porter. Can you help him? I responded to him with a link to your information page, so he may also contact you. Here is Mr. Starks' info page: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=mr&MRid=48895532
Archie L. Porter
I found a picture of a WWII Veteran in my mothers bible awhile back. The name does not ring a bell to me. I have asked my only living relatives if anyone had known him or any information as to why Mother had a picture of him in her bible. My family are from Slidell, La and most are buried in Pearl River also.
The purpose of this inquiry is I am 73 years old and I would love to send this photo to his survivors if instrested. I would like to know why is was in Mother's bible as I said. Last, bust not least One of my uncles many years ago before had told me he was Mother's 2nd husband after my father was killed in WWII on D-D. I would like to get this confusion cleared up if possible before I depart the world. Once again I am baffled with the photo, but I received Mother's bible from her belongings when she passed in 1961. If Mr Porter is indeed you relative you may contact me at email@example.com. I also am a retired veteran, but of Vietnam. I hope to hear from someone who may know him.I would be most happy to send a small picture for you to confirm before I send the original. Thanks.

Hi, I wonder if you have any information about John T. Feeley born in 1900 and buried in Parker Cemetery. I'm trying to determine if he was a relative. Thank you!

Sorry to bother you again. I read your message and am hoping you can help me.
I have been looking for a cousin for some time now. Her name is Emelda Kenmar. She was married to Lawson Kenmar. It may be spelled Kenmore in some places.
I'm not sure when she passed away. I have been told she is buried somewhere in Pearl River but I'm not sure where.
Her husband's information is as follows:
Lawson Huey Kenmar
Died Nov 1972 - found this on ancestry.
Emelda was born around 1910. My grandmother and her father were brother and sister. Both are deceased. My parents are as well so I am just going by memory trying to find her.
I have a family tree on Ancestry and would like to add her information as well as creating a memorial for her on Find A Grave.
She and Lawson had two children (to my knowledge) a son named Huey and a daughter. I'm not sure what her name is.
If any of this sounds familiar to anything you have seen please let me know. You may contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you so very much.
I took a photo of a vault at St. Louis Cemetery #3. It has only Joseph Seruntine Family. Guessing it is your family but suggest that you call the cemetery to verify. If it is your family, I can upload the photo to his link or just email it to you.
