My name is Gloria, better known as glo, I am the assistant manager of The Muncy Cemetery, Muncy, PA. |
I am looking forward to helping "YOU", please feel free to send me an email or message on here with your questions or concerns and hopefully I can get you the answers you are looking for.
I am a nana of 3, a daughter, a mother, a sister, an aunt and significant other to Brian (who is the manager of The Muncy Cemetery).
I enjoy spending most of my time with my grand babies and my family.
The Cemetery does take up a lot of my time but I "ENJOY" my job, I love my job.
Looking forward to hearing from each and every one of you.
If I have a family member of your's, please feel free to ask me to transfer the memorial to you. I would be more than happy to. Please do so as an edit option on your family member's memorial.

J. Boyd Smith (Find A Grave Memorial# 93392686 - Burial at Muncy Cemetery; Muncy, Lycoming County, PA Interment #1272) is John Boyd Smith, the son of Lewis Schuyler Smith and Mary Robb Crouse. His death certificate can be found on the FamilySearch.org for PA Death Records. J. Boyd Smith is also mentioned in his father's BIO in Meginness' History of Lycoming County on page 946.
Susan Crouse = d/o John and Grace Tucker Crouse was married to Albert Crouse in Iowa when her father and siblings went to live there for a time being after the death of her mother. I believe she may have died in Iowa as she is listed in 1860 living there with Albert Crouse. They went to be with John's brother, William T Crouse and his family in Iowa City, Iowa. Albert is William's son - hence, Susan and Albert are 1st cousins. I'm still trying to get additional information about Susan Crouse. This grave stone of Susan has to be a different person with a different Lewis S Smith??? I plan to dig into this further as well.
Thanks for posting this and making this possible for those of us who reside many miles away!

Gloria - you have done so much for Find A Grave and taken so many photographs that I don't know where to begin to thank you. I am truly grateful for all you are doing. You do so much extra work that is so helpful, like including plot numbers, so we can group families and PA Burial Cards for Veterans and obituaries. It's amazing just how much you have done! Anyway, just wanted to say thanks.
