Born October 28, 1954 at Samaritan Hospital in Macon Mo. (Family living in Bevier,MO.)

Father: William Robert (Willie) Cross
Mother: Nellie Margaret Dawson

Including myself, William & Nellie had 7 children (5 boys, 2 girls)

Myself: Lived in Bevier, Mo. since birth.
Education: 1-8 Bevier C-4
High School: Bevier High School 4 yrs.
NMSU (name changed later to Truman
State - 2 yrs.
Occupation: Since 1973 with Burlington Northern R.R. which merged with Santa Fe R.R. to form BNSF Railway

One thing that has really struck me when I started checking the family tree is how so many different individuals down through the years from so many parts of the country and from other countries can meet, marry, have children and end up with one single individual.

Any photos i may post here at Find A Grave, I consider them to be available for anyone to use in what manner they wish (to copy, download, or use on their memorial pages, personal family trees,to share, etc.)

The only thing I ask is that it not be for profit but rather for helping each other in your search for family.

I would be glad to transfer management of any memorials I have posted if anyone has a relationship or a closer relationship than what I have, just ask.

Otto Cress
Hello Norman,

Thanks for the info on Otto but it looks like a duplicate memorial so I deleted it. I appreciate your input.

RE: Ballenger - Skinner Cemetery
Do you remember the verbiage you wrote for the description of the cemetery? It was very good. Thanks again for all the transfers

Wow Norman Thank You so much. I was just going to ask for a few. And you transferred the whole fam damily! You didn't have to do that but I appreciate it. Do you know who owns the land that the cemetery sits on?

Thank You for willing to transfer they are all grandparents to me. I will send you a list. Do you just need the names or would it help to have the memorial numbers too?

RE: Ballenger - Skinner Cemetery
I know you created it that's why I brought to your attention. You should change it back to what you had when you created it f you can. You and I and just a hand full of others know what it should be. Do you know who owns the land it sits on?

Ballenger - Skinner Cemetery
Hey Norman,
What happened to the Cemetery information you wrote for the Ballenger - Skinner Cemetery Info page? I hope you kept a copy to re-post. Recently found a relative in Macon and I was telling her all about Find A Grave and what a great job you had done.At some point would you be willing to transfer some of the Skinners to me? Like John T, Sidney, Sidney Y.

Charles P. Gaunt
Thank you for the SAC. The Charles P. Gaunt that I listed shows an age of 36--Source: Ellsberry. Someone else mentioned that the death date of this man was the birth date of the Charles P. Gaunt, who died in infancy and has a photographed tombstone. I think I will just watch my listing and hope a Gaunt relative can tell me whether it is an error.

Thank you!
I will try again...the photo is much appreciated of the marker of Nathaniel Landreth. I am happy you got it now for in a few more years it may have sunken to the point it would be unreadable.

Best regards,
