|I started doing a family tree on my Mother's side of the family (Horath) approx. 1994. Seems I can't quit. Recently started taking pictures and adding them to Find A Grave. Trying to return what I have received. Pictures of headstones go a long way in adding to my family tree. If there is a picture I have taken and you want it, take it. I have no problem giving these picture to anyone. |
I have added memorials of people I do not know. I do this because while taking pictures I find they have no memorial so I add them. If there is a memorial I have created and they are related to you I will transfer them.
Thanks to all of you that helped me find stones I am unable to get to.

Contact Geisen Funeral & Cremation Services, 7905 Broadway, Merrillville, IN 46410, her obit was probably place in the Times by them maybe they can answer why her brother was not mentioned. I enter obits from the Times into findagrave which is uploaded to ancestry.com for the benefit of genealogy research if I see or some one request management of someone I enter I transfer over the memorial if not relevant to my family.

Thanks so much for the photos and the edit correction! I have moved him to the correct cemetery (Johnson Cemetery).
|LoriW||RE: Photos of Milley Foley memorials|
I was thinking the same. I'll see if I can use the edit feature to get the cemetery location changed. Otherwise, I guess a new memorial at Johnson could be made. I created a memorial for his grandson Solomon who is listed on a cemetery survey as being there. Thanks again for taking the time to help others.

Thank you so much for posting the pics of Milley's grave. The photo of the tall monument seems to show at the bottom "Solomon Moore died..." Do you think he is buried at this same site with her? His gravesite is shown on Find A Grave as being at "Wilson Cemetery" and not at Johnson.

Thanks so much for taking the time to get this photo for me, you've been a blessing.

Thanks so very much for going back to the cemetery - I'm guessing on a hunch - to check out the broken headstone, which appears to be that for Susannah, wife of John Kenyon.
No one, and I mean no one, has the death dates or burials for John and Susannah. This adds newly discovered information, insofar as I can tell, to this Kenyon line.

Thanks for the photo

Thank you very much for all the work you did posting photos and creating new memorial pages for Kenyons buried in this cemetery.
This is so helpful, plus I think you also discovered the burial location for Ezra Thurston Kenyon's father, John Kenyon.
His burial location was unknown. His birth information closely matches that for Ezra's father, John Kenyon. So, this seems like a very likely explanation for his burial with the family.
Thank so much!

Thank you for fulfilling my photo request. I just set up a memorial for his wife Estella. I'll submit a photo request for her.

Robert, Feel free to use the photo any way you want. I may have taken the photo, but it's YOUR ancestor. I'm just glad to have been of assistance. Kevin
