Bio Photo As a computer scientist, I've been doing my own genealogy since my grandmother gave me her family notes, and my wife's since we've been married. Now semi-retired, I have plenty of time to devote to the study.

Tks for noticing the duplicate; the two cemeteries are part of a 3-cemetery complex where the only separation is a cowpath, which I mistook for a walking path. Having wandered out of St. Peter's due to lack of good signage, some memorials I listed in St. Peter's when they were actually in Northside. Notice of any other duplicates is welcome. Linda

RE: Whilhelmina Kahler Fandrich
Hi I may have missed your attempt to get ahold of me. I am sorry but we had a virus attack our computer in October. It destroyed my family pictures and all of my genealogy documents. I have a physical copy of a letter that Whilhelmina Kahler Fandrich wrote to her son that indicates that they were coming to America. Her son was in North Dakota. So interesting because the wife of Samuel Kahler( my husbands grandfather) had a brother living in North Dakota.

Tom Saville
SAVILLES IN THE USA
Hi,
I'm Tom Saville a descendant of George Saveall (1870 - 1954). George is the founder of the Savilles in Dumfrieshire, Scotland. He is in reality an Essex man as most Savealls are and I have an extensive Saveall tree on Ancestry with many hundreds of them.

I have Rennie Saville (1933 - 2012) in my tree along with a long line of his Saveall ancestors.

He is my father's cousin (they never met and never knew of each other). My father still lives in Dumfries.
I'd love to hear more about Rennie's descendants and other related Savilles.

Robina Christina Shields left her first husband James George (known as George) Saville, the story in Dumfries being that she met an American serviceman during WW2 and returned to the USA with him. Did her children all go with her?

Regards
Tom Saville tom.saville12@btinternet.com

RE: Elsie Violet Fandrich Saville
Hi Rich, You're very welcome. I'm glad I was able to be of some help. I found her memorial stone quite interesting and very unique. In all the thousands of gravestone photos I have taken I have not seen anything like it.

Best regards,

Brian

Rich, While doing my family research I came across Jonathan Pasco b 1756 d 2 Aug 1841 East Windsor CT, married to Hannah Dimmick. I noticed your Jonathan Pasco 1760-1844 also buried in East Windsor. I was wondering if you knew of the connection between the two?

RE: Eugenie Amaral
I didn't know Eugenie but I knew Mel and was sorry to hear of his recent passing. We have three of his paintings in our collection of local artists. We bought them from him at a series of art shows beginning about 45 years ago and always enjoyed talking with him at the shows.

RE: Phillip Coll
I love doing this. I was looking for my Grand mothers sister and her family there so it was easy to do Philip. I did find my grand mother family there so it was a good day. I will retake the head stone tomorrow, you will de able to read it.
