|Ron Penn||Emmett Theodore Jones|
There are two listings for Emmett Theodore Jones. One at Wood Heights, Missouri with birth only #116922539 and one at Ekalaka, Montana #136813313. The one at Ekalaka shows that his daughter Marcile is buried beside him. It is suspected that when his wife Lucille died that a joint tombstone was put in place, however when he died in Fallon County, Montana he was buried in nearby Beaver Lodge Cemetery, Ekalaka, Montana. We can leave as is, delete one, or explain in bio. Your choice.

Who knows???? I got one yesterday from a woman asking me to disconnect a spouse, when they are buried right there beside each other, and I found their obits.... Anyway, that's good to know--but puzzling--that you didn't ask that! Becky

Thanks for adding the obituary. Helping another local person in trying to add obituaries to to all the Civil War Vets who are buried in Lyon County.

|Barbara Baker Anderson||John/Mary/Delilah Sullivan|
Thanks for the information. I have a feeling that John and Mary's stone was used for Delilah, Thomas' first wife. I think if I look at the stone of Thomas in Jay County, I will find that the name of Thomas' wife will be Esther, not Delilah. I see a marriage record for Thomas and Esther Callahan in Jay County the year after Delilah died. Then, in the 1900 Census, they appear with 3 children.
They are not my relations, just random stones I photographed, but I think this is very likely. If they are related to you, you might look further into this theory. It might help.

So sorry, there is not a headstone or marker for John Parriott.

I do sometimes go to that cemetery but noticed you are much closer than I.
Perhaps the following info will be helpful. There is a Parriott family plot but no John. It's located in the Eastern part of the cemetery and no there is no Eastern designation but it's either Magnolia or Evergreen. Not at the lowest part but just above that so not high on the hill and easy to find.
That being said, I seldom see office workers here so can add nothing further if John is located in another section.
Suggest you take a weekend hour or two and go take a look for yourself. You might call ahead and if you need that number it is probably listed. Otherwise suggest you might check with other Lake County cemeteries.
