I began a genealogy search of my Ancestors in the early 70's. Mainly the Rhoades, Anderson, Long, and Short families. Those families lead me to Steinberger, Pence, Short, Woods, Core, and Forsyth lines. I stopped for a while in the 80's but began again a few years ago. I have most of my Dad's family back several generations thanks to others who have done a lot of work also. My Mom's side was easier since that side has always had family histories and photos. I am now helping my wife, Eppie" Bogle" do her genealogy of the Bogle family name and we now visit cemeteries and gravesites in Tennessee. I still go back to Indiana and visit some of my ancestors graves. I have decided to get as many photos of headstones to add to my family tree as well as to Find-A-Grave.
I also try to look at some of my ancestors on Find-A-Grave to either add or correct some of the information and add photos. Now retired, I have a little more time and hope to attach as much information to my ancestors as I can find.
