|Sandi McCoy||RE: John Boyd Grave|
John Boyd is quite possibly buried there but in an unmarked grave. There are a number of the in this cemetery.

You're very welcome.
I went online and found info and have added it to his page.

I did a brief search of Foster Cemetery this weekend and did not find a grave for Hiram, but there is a grave/memorial for Hyman McManus Co B 9th NY.
Could this be the same person?
Check the memorial:
there was a Hiram McManus that died in 1934 and is buried at Pine Grove Cemetery in Russell.
But the first sounds like a match, despite the difference in first name.
See what you think,

Please let me know if I can help in your future quests for family!
Remember to check the "edit" suggestions in the upper right of your home page. I sent you a couple of them recently which is to add to your burial info.
Am also a USAF vet (1964-68).

First as an AF she-Vet...I want to Thank both you for serving.
Second I am in Maryville, Nodaway Co., Mo and I do a lot of F-A-G, Family History etc. Please feel free to reach me in the future. Another F-A-G member is looking for his grave site. However, in the last updated cemetery book Michael Allen was not listed as being in this cemetery but refer to the below newspaper info.
I found the following on Michael:
Michael Allen died 28 Dec 1897, 3 miles south of Maryville of pneumonia. He was 68yo, wed Sarah Newell in 1860 and had 7 children St Pat's, buried--this was published in the Nodaway Democrat 30 Dec 1897 and Jan 6 1898.
AGAIN THANKS FOR SERVING IN THE USAF!

Hi - the headstone reads a little different than the memorial. Ellen Mogan instead of Morgan and the death date is 30 January 1900 instead of 30 January 1919. However, this is the headstone resting on Plot 5 East, Row 11, Space 10 as listed in the memorial and the only Morgan/Mogan anywhere around.

We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.
