Bio

"Genealogy, begins as an interest, becomes a hobby, continues as an avocation and in the last stages, is an incurable disease". I have been interested in history for most of my life, and I was privileged to work as a historical guide for California State Parks for a few years. Now retired, I spend a lot of my time working on family trees. My Father's side is from Cornwall, England and Germany, my Mother's side is from Sweden and Germany.

My DNA profile Ethnicity Estimate:
England & Northwestern Europe 37% (Devon & Cornwall, England, Kerrier, Cornwall, East Cornwall)
Germanic Europe 24%
Scotland 15%
Ireland 9%
Sweden 7% (Southern Sweden, Central & Southern Sweden, Svenljunga & Tranemo)
Norway 4%
Eastern Europe & Russia 4%

Additional Communities:
Early Pennsylvania Settlers
Early Settlers of Central Pennsylvania
Early Settlers of North-Central Pennsylvania
Kansas & Southern Nebraska Settlers
