I have been working on Genealogy for about 14 years. I really enjoy this rewarding hobby. People have been so very generous with helping me in my research. I want to give back a little by being a photo volunteer and this is a wonderful website to contribute to.|
Most of my Genealogy research is in the North East part of the US, Germany and Ireland.
I am happy to transfer any Memorial that is not part of my family history.

You're welcome! It's sad to see that Adelia Crowningshield's stone is in the ground.

Hi, Arline. If you have any other relatives buried in that cemetery, don't hesitate to post photo requests. I photographed every stone in the cemetery today, and it's going to take me a considerable time to post them all. Requests will go to the front of the line.

I attempted to find that cemetery when I worked in Hinsdale & Chesterfield last year. That "pathway" was all washed out. Next time I'm out that way I'll attempt again.
Note: all the stones have it spelled as Crowninshield--no "g"

My pleasure. I hadn't been to the South Leyden Cemetery before, and it proved to be a lovely spot at the end of a beautiful drive on a glorious morning. I wish I'd been able to find and shoot all the stones that were requested there, but I did get about 3/4 of them.
