I have been researching my Preisch family for over 25 years. Other surnames to include Harless, Wilhelm/Williams, Fisher, Barton, Sweeney, DeHart, Surface, Hearn, Albert, Surface, and many others.

I have a private/personal tree, here at home, that includes over 8000 names, and everything is fully documented. I have shared much in the past, and have not been credited much for it. I am very tired of doing this, and I am VERY hesitant when it comes to sharing anything else. I have run into "family" that got what they could, and posted it on THEIR public trees; NO MORE; however, I WILL help those who truly need help, and have run into brickwalls.

I've put together several websites over the years, and I have composed a group on FB called " Descendants of Heinrich Preisch." This site is private, and there are several members who do not wish to share information. We do not post our info to Ancestry, GENI, FB sites, etc. If you descend from one of the 5 Preisch children (Anna, Michael, Augustine, Daniel or Henry), and are on FB, message me if you are interested, and send me your email address so that I can add you. Just remember that the info STAYS within the group.
