My mother got me interested in family history when I was about 8 years old. I contributed to a large family organization with tech support while in college. I teach people how to get started with their own research and even helped my mother-in-law overcome a roadblock that opened the way for her to identify over 400 French Canadian ancestors.
I served as President of the Howard County Genealogical Society and as the Assistant Director of the Columbia, MD Family History Center. I still take time to add source records to the profiles of relatives in FamilySearch.org and make other improvements.
