Findagrave is a marvelous site to honor those who are no longer with us. I began by posting my own family and soon found that my family was connected to many families in Mifflin Township and Duquesne, PA.

It is amazing how far Findagrave can take us. When I visited Belgium in 1988, I was awestruck by a cemetery filled with row after row of white crosses. Little did I know that years later I would find a cousin of mine was actually buried at the Henri Chappelle American Cemetery. Being able to add his obit and connect him to his family was marvelous.

Please use the edit tab to request a transfer. I will gladly transfer memorials of those who are not my family. Doing the research is the great adventure! Connecting families--especially children to their mothers (whose given name was often not mentioned in birth announcements or obituaries)--is fantastic!
