I live in Fitzwilliam, NH a small town in the southwestern part of the state near the Massachusetts state line. I have been working on my family genealogy for about 5 years now. My mother's side of the family includes the Allbee's who arrived about 1640 and eventually settled in Vermont. Other family names include Lindquist, Barnes, and Miller, although my research has gone very far afield from those family names.

I've used Find-a-Grave extensively in my own research and welcome a chance to help others in any way I can as a way of saying thank you. I have found the findagrave website to be a valuable tool in filling in many details that were missing in my records.

On occasion I have visited cemeteries outside my area and have added cemetery pictures here and there. I have loaded most of my genealogy research onto the rootsweb.com website (mainly because, unlike ancestry.com it is free for anyone). Feel free to contact me for any questions on my research.

I am currently "stuck" on dead ends for a couple of branches of my family and would like any leads. The Dorr family lived in Vermont and Hollis Dorr, born 14 Dec 1793 is the earliest relative I have. I believe he is related to the Dorr's from Massachusetts but I have not been able to make any link.
