I've been into genealogy for about 5 years. I started taking photos of my own family members monuments. After going out of state to do research and take photos a couple of times and returning home to find out the people that I looked at that were buried nearby were actually family also(and I didn't take the photos). I just started taking photos of any that were nearby or were overly interesting to me. I've just joined Find a Grave but have been visiting it for many months to help with my research.
