I've started the genealogy quest because, well, the bug bit me, so to speak. I'm not doing it so much for me as I am for my two sons. They deserve to know where they came from.

The surnames I'm interested in: Zerbel, Wideen (Widen), Green, Johnston, Holzwarth, Beckner, Michelbook, Fagerlind, Schultz, Plath, Carlsson, Schilf, Lorge, Schrantz, White, Brostrom.....I could go on and on :)

Also, I'm working on my family tree and am looking for photographs of people, headstones, gravestones, and obituaries (or related articles) so if you have any of those just laying around...
