|Glad to be of help by contributing to this site, both with my own relations and others in cemeteries that I visit.|
If you see any of my submissions that are in need of correction or could use additional info, please let me know. Also, if you'd like ownership of a memorial, I'll be glad to transfer to you.
Due to winters in Illinois, most pictures can only be taken from May to October, but that is subject to the weather.

I'm not sure I thanked you for taking the photo of his marker. Please know that you are appreciated by me and I'm sure many others as well.

thanks so much for honoring my photo request. Did you happen to notice if his wife was buried next to him? I believe her name was Mettie Lucille Danrich

Mary Ann, I am so grateful for these pictures of my husband's grandparents. I have asked to have the records transferred to me as there are a lot of edits to be made. An interesting note: Their daughter, Eileen, has Alzheimer's disease and when her husband, George Hill, died in 2011, she quoted that same Bible verse that she wanted used in George's funeral service. She couldn't remember why it was important to her but she must have been remembering it from her parent's inscription. I think that is very sweet.
If you are back at the Washington Memory Park in Homewood, I was told that Benjamin & Alice Braselton's son, Verlon Wesley Braselton, b. 1923 and d. 20 Jul 1984 in a plane crash in Wisconsin, is also buried there. There is no record for him on Find A Grave and I would like to honor him by doing that but do not have any burial information. If you can find out anything, I would be very appreciative. --Teddie Hill

Mary Ann, you found it! Thank you so much for finding the headstone for my husband's grandfather, Benjamin Braselton, Find A Grave Memorial# 140178893. I had almost given up on finding it. Did you happen to find his wife, Alice Fae McCormick Braselton's, too? Bless you for your efforts to find this! --Teddie Hill

Belated thanks for getting photos of the Fifers. Can you tell me the location in that cemetery so I can record it in my file? Thanks again.
