I have been working on my family history since the mid 1970s. It is my passion. I grew up in Howard County Maryland in the same town as most of my father's family and some of my mother's family.|

That my be her. She is in an allied family that someone sent me years ago. Really haven't done much with the Hedges. She married Joseph Hedges on December 26, 1809 in Lancaster, Fairfield County,
Ohio. That is about the extent my info on her. Joseph died in 1861....Richard

I have added the baptism info. James' parents are already named on his memorial.

I have created a memorial for her, 116935127, and have joined her with her husband. Are they related to you?

I found Mr. Turner! His wife was buried with him and I got her picture as well. If you would like hers as well, just make a photo request to remind me. Otherwise, it might get lost in the shuffle for awhile!

Thank you for the info. I will look for him and see if there are any other people that might be related around him.

Great! Another gentleman I contacted said that they didn't even ask him if he was related when he called.

Hi! I see you have a photo request for Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland Maryland. I'm taking a trip there soon and I'm planning on trying to fulfill as many requests as I can. Since this cemetery is so large (about 80,000 graves) it would help to have the section and plots of the burials. I have spoken to Carmelita Walker from CHC. She said she can't give locations of these sites to me since I'm not related but she said if you call her at 301-568-5400 & tell her that you're a relative (or think you may be!) she can give it to you. She said there's no charge for this information. If you could get the info soon (by 9/6) that would be great! If you are no longer interested in fulfilling the request for whatever reason, just let me know too so I can cross it off my list. Thanks!

The marker has one "n". Actually, I found a Family Tree for Finacoms on Ancestry.com. There is a wealth of information and photos of Finacoms, including the people you have mentioned.
Transfers have been made.

I uploaded the picture of the marker for Stokley, Marie, and Julius. Other names on the stone are Rufus H., Richard E., and Benjamin S. George is not listed on the marker.
I created memorial pages for Rufus, Richard, and Benjamin. If you would like me to transfer them to you, please let me know.

The best thing you could do would be to send a note to the admin letting them know of your research. Many cemeteries listed on here have had two names and are combined so clicking either name will lead to the same cemetery listing.
Combining the two names might be the best solution and the admin can do that easily.
Interesting information and good research!
