|Steve||RE: 83039483 Manuela Cota|
Please consider removing the "de" from the maiden names and married names of your memorials, it is not part of the surname. The "de" was placed in front of a husband's surname to indicate "wife of". Placing a "de" in front of "Cota" alphabetizes the name as "De Cota" making it impossible to find when searching for "Cota." I also noticed you have created several "burial unknowns" for California pioneers whose burial locations are known. Please consider checking your "burial unknown" memorials against the Huntington Library's "Early California Population Project". You can obtain birth information using the "baptism" search, find marriage information and also death and burial information. The ECPP is a fantastic tool for finding our early (pre-1848) California ancestors.

You are very welcome!
|Steve||83039483 Manuela Cota|
I sent you some updates for this memorial. Guillermo had two wives, both named Maria Manuela. His first wife was (E)Lisalde and his second wife Perez. Updating this memorial as Maria Manuela Perez (burial unknown) will help sort out the confusion. There is already a memorial for the Maria Manuela (E)Lisalde buried in the Santa Barbara Presidio Cemetery. Once this has been updated I hope to get the Cota-Perez children linked here, some are linked to Cota-Lisalde. Hope this makes sense!
