|I am interested in the families descending from Elder Jacob Cropsey, John Murray, Aspinwall P. Straight, Asahel Chillson, Isaac Gilbert, Silas Bowen, Benjamin Bridge, and Consider Hyland. I have lots of family info on these lines. I'm also interested in the family of John and Bridget McQuaid of Wisconsin and Alois Schaumberg of Mineral Point WI.|
I have 163 unidentified photos of people from these families on a Pinterest board at http://www.pinterest.com/prairieflowers2/who-am-i/. If you have photos of these families, would you look at the board and see if you can identify any of them. One of my genealogical goals is to get names on all the old photos.

Thank you for letting me know I had neglected to link Ida to her Dad. Is this a family about which you have other information? I am still looking for the burial place of her mother, Nancy Sarah (Snell) Freeman.

Yes, there is a D after the Susan and she and her mother share the marker. It looks like i need to go and see if I cannot get a better photo for their memorials. I added the birth/ death info and linked to her mother. Thanks!

You are welcome. It looks like you will be a good custodian of her page as you are interested in that family lineage.

Thank you! My best story is an early 1900 picture of a father, mother, daughter, their gas station turned into a hot dog stand, that turned into a restaurant, in Ohio, of all places, and it is still open! It now proudly sports the photos we found. The photo was found in central California.

Brilliant!!! We collect old family photos where ever we go in hopes to some day find the family. Very, very few actually get home. Your posting on Pinterest was a stroke of pure brilliance!!! I so sincerely hope you do not mind my doing the same.

I added John's parents per your request. If you're related to him, I'll be glad to transfer the maintenance. I also added a birth date that was calculated using death date and age at death.
