I have relatives all over southern Indiana and Kentucky so when I visit them I always look at the area cemeteries and try to fulfill any photo requests in the area. Hi Sheila, Please check all your duplicate postings for the Kellers in Trinity United Church of Christ Cemetery. All your postings were in 2012 and the originals were posted in 2009. For example: #37506408 and yours is #88151832. Also you duplications of the Kress memorial pages. Thanks for your attention to this matter, Esther

RE: John Martin # 122642828
Sheila,

That's nice to know you are part of the family!

Nellie M Strine was my 2nd cousin, 3x's removed. And as far as her husband, John Martin's death, I like to put in the family tree as much information as possible if that information is available. It's amazing how others know about the details of his death. It would be a plus if anyone actually has his obituary. I have looked all over online for any newspaper obituary or death notice but I have come up empty. I would think that since John Martin died as the result of some baseball that hit his chest that it would have been reported in the local paper somewhere. But that's just my thinking.

If you think of anything else about Nellie M Strine, I'd love to hear about it, since she is my ancestor. I am constantly updating my ancestry.com family tree with info that I gather along the way.

Thank you for any information you may have that you'd like to share.

Sincerely,

Rebecca Strine

John Martin # 122642828
Dear Sheila Wiseman,

I am trying to figure out further details on the death of John Martin # 122642828.

On his memorial page it says "Played MLB for the Texans and died after hit to chest from a fastpitch ".

Is this information something you were able to find or from some other source?

Would you happen to have an obituary for John Martin?

Any further information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time.

Sincerely,

Rebecca Strine (his wife, Nellie M Strine is my ancestor).
