RE: James Brumitt
No problem. I had to run an errand, so I figured I'd take care of it right away. Their stones are right off a road in the cemetery & easy to find.

RE: Emma Brumitt
You are welcome & you are correct. I did not realize until I got home that his page does not have a picture either. I should be able to get that one for you too.

RE: Ankrum at Martha Smith Cemetery
About half of the cemetery's headstones are piled up underneath a large tree. It must have been neglected for a long time until someone gathered the stones and cleaned up the area. I didn't search any of the stones under the tree.

Loretta Nash
Hi. I am trying to find out what you know about Loretta Nash's husband. I am asking because my great great great grandmother married a man in Louisiana (actually married him in Mississippi) named William Henry Nash. I got some land records today that i am certain are my W.H. Nash and they mention all previous marriages for the men involved in the records. At that time, my William was married to an Ada Hobden who would die a few years later and he would remarry my 3rd great grandmother. But the land records mention all previous wives of any of the men involved. I saw that William's said that he was married previously to a Loretta Bullock who he claimed died around 1900. My William has always been very mysterious and hard to trace. I just know that he was from Michigan and born around 1860. I think I may have the exact date somewhere on his death certificate, but I will have to pull that out and see.

Loretta Nash Bartels
Hi Virginia, I have removed Wm. J. Nash as the husband of Loretta. I'm assuming an edit was issued to include him by someone else as I am not a member of this family, nor do I have any information on them then what was noted in the memorial. Regards, Nadeen
