I live in the lower part of the lower peninsula of Michigan just south of Battle Creek in East Leroy. I was born in the upper peninsula of Michigan in Munising. My maternal side of the family Smith/Perry came from Canada into the upper peninsula of Michigan and Fraly/Robinson side from Ohio/Kentucky.I own a quilt fabric shop in East Leroy and work on genealogy almost every day.I also work on my husband's side of the tree and the Dean/Butler side of his family came from England to Albion, Michigan. His Chamberlain/Sweet side of the family are from the Chicago area.
