I discovered Find a Grave while researching family history with my husband Todd Stone. It has been interesting and rewarding, something we can do together. I love that I can connect and in a sense bring together family members who have been separated by distance and time.As well as my own extended family,(see Virtual cemetery info) I am working on the Strathmore Cemetery, have taken photos of all headstones as of 2012 (updated Sept 2014), and am trying to add as many bios and link as many family members as I can. Have started on the Gleichen, Beiseker, Irricana and Hanna, AB cemeteries.
I thank all the volunteers who have helped me with information, pictures and transfers regarding my family. If I can be of help to someone, let me know and I will do my best.
