I was born and raised in Northern Illinois, Dupage county.My family comes from the Chicago area mostly Cook County.During my 18 years of genealogy searching my paternal side has been traced to West Prussia (now Poland) 1855 and Copenhagen Denmark 1880's. Maternal side to Slovakia(now) 1820. My wife to the Lynchburg area,Rustburg and Pitsyvania County to the late 1700's Since we now reside in rural Orange County Virginia I can travel to the court houses to find records.
