In search of my ancestors, I started researching genealogy on ancestry.com until my friend told me about findagrave.com and familysearch.org and just recently discovered fold3.com as well and have learned so much. I believe our loved ones although they are no longer with us in person would greatly appreciate that we still honor and remember them. I am thankful for the volunteers who post photos from local cemeteries as over the generations our families migrate all over and I couldn't possibly travel to them all! Therefore I am more than happy to return the favor and also post photos from those near me.
