Hello - If you are interested, I downloaded a lengthy newspaper article about the locomotive explosion that killed Mr. Bradlee. It was in the Grand Rapids Press; Thursday 19 Aug 1909, page 1 (continued on pg 4). It even includes a picture of Mr. Bradlee and another man who was killed, Fred Graves.

You made a request along time ago for a Charles Newell in Mountain Home Cemetery in Kalamazoo, MI. His grave is unmarked. Other marked graves on this lot include Frederick, Christine, Byron, & Elmer Newell. I don't think this was the Charles you were looking for. I found this Charles death certificate and have posted it on his memorial. I am going to "report a problem" with the request and remove it. Hope this info has been of some help anyways.
